Working Toward a Brighter Future
The Foundation for the Level Up mentorship program is built on education, social and emotional support, life skills education, structure building, and recreation.
Education:
The Level Up mentorship program provides educational and academic support, assistance, counseling, and motivation for its youth. Level up engages in virtual and in person tutoring as well as in school check-ins. Level up also performs grade reviews/checks and maintains appropriate levels of contact with teachers and administrators at different schools.
Social and Emotional Support:
The Level Up mentorship program provides social and emotional support for its youth. Level Up connects youth with therapeutic resources, helps build self-esteem, and promotes self-reflection.
Life Skills Education and Structure Building:
The level of mentorship program maintains rules that fits within reasonable expectations.
Recreation:
The Level Up mentorship program also engages in frequent recreational outings, which includes Outings to different event spaces like sky zone, laser tag, and skating. We go fishing, camping, hiking, biking, boxing, jujitsu, and more.

Through mentorship, academics, leadership development, sports, social-emotional learning, workforce preparation, recreation, community engagement, and enrichment opportunities, we seek to develop the whole child.

At the heart of Level Up is mentorship. Every young person deserves trusted adults who believe in them, challenge them, encourage them, and remain present throughout their journey. Mentorship at Level Up is built on consistency, trust, accountability, encouragement, and genuine relationships that extend beyond a single program or season.
